Shipping & Returns

Citrus Fashion is committed to providing excellent service. We ship items through the USPS. In-stock items ship in less than one week and are received in 7 - 10 days. Upgrading to quicker shipping methods will result in faster shipping times once the item is shipped, but as always, overnight shipping indicates that the item will be shipped overnight after the item is packaged and shipped which can take up to 5 business days.

Returns:
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we notify you that we have received the returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after the item is inspected. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit in a certain amount of time depending on your card issuer's policy.

Shipping and Returns:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
